Hello, friend. Welcome to my prayer for this day. Let’s pray together.

Heavenly Father we ask you to be a part of our day, guiding us and healing our nation. It is amazing to see so many people putting down their fear and standing on morality to defend those without a voice.

We know that we can handle anything that comes our way today while resting in your presence. Part of resting in your presence is learning to listen for understanding…not speaking just to be right in our own minds. We need discernment to identify true threats as well as true diversions. There seems to be a self righteous – ego driven spirit of division which has gripped our country. Seeing so many people lash out to assess blame and craft a false narrative rather than work for truth is so disturbing. We ask that you help us be judicious with our words and help us to avoid lashing out. Help us bring glory to you in all we do or say – that even our enemies would be at peace with us as we take this broken country back.

We ask for your strength and by your power that we stand unwavering for this nation. One nation under God.

Thank you for your grace and for unconditionally loving us with all our faults. Thank you that we are made perfect by Jesus our Savior, and that you see his perfection not our imperfection. The only one who didn’t throw a stone…was the only one who had the right to…
