Hello, friend. Welcome to my prayer for this day. Let’s pray together.

Heavenly Father thank you for this day ahead. Every day is a gift! Help us to use it wisely. Help us to live a life of joy by your Holy Spirit. We trust you in the path that you have laid ahead of us because everything you do is good. Even when things go wrong or not exactly what we want, we give our lives over to you to work all things for good. All things work good for those who love you and we put our trust in you.

This nation needs you now more than ever. We ask that you silence all the lies which divide us and bring to justice all those people who commit crimes in the name of social justice. Please bless and comfort those families in Wisconsin who were hurt and lost loved ones in that hateful crime. We especially ask that you put the finger on all who were involved, all who facilitated this crime right up to an including the corrupt justice system’s involvement. Father help us to rebuild our mental health system to provide help to those who are ill.

Father we pray for peace for this nation. We pray for your comfort and protection for each person. We thank you that you walk through this life with us…that we can live in the world but be not of this world.

Let us be a shining example of your strength and love for all by the filling of your Holy Spirit!
